American University’s Capitol City Challenge (February 23-27) (30 Teams: Online) Fordham wins over UCLA. Chapman and Denver were semi-finalists. Georgia, South Carolina, Hofstra, and St. Thomas were quarter-finalists. Howard, UC Berkeley, Maryland, UIC John Marshall, St, John’s, Houston, and Temple were octo-finalists. Nova Southeastern, Miami, Emory, St. Thomas were semi-finalists. Region 7: ACTL/TYLA Regional National Trial Competition (February 4-6) (Host: Michigan State – Virtual) (10 Schools; 20 Teams) Case Western 1 and Case Western 2 are going to Texas! Akron and Michigan were finalists. Ohio State, Ohio Northern, Wayne State and Michigan were semi-finalists. Participating Schools include: Case Western, Michigan State, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Dayton, Michigan, Tulane, Akron, Ohio Northern, and Wayne State.

Region 8: ACTL/TYLA Regional National Trial Competition (February 18-20) (Host: Tuscaloosa County Bar – Virtual) (12 Schools; 24 Teams) Cumberland 1 and Cumberland 2 are going to Texas! Mississippi and Louisville were finalists. Faulkner, Vanderbilt 1, Vanderbilt 2, and Tennessee were semi-finalists. Tulsa, Texas A&M, Arkansas, and SMU were semi-finalists. Region 12: ACTL/TYLA Regional National Trial Competition (February 18-20) (Host: Minnesota – In Person) (10 Schools; 20 Teams) Iowa and North Dakota you are going to Texas! Region 13: ACTL/TYLA Regional National Trial Competition (February 24-26) (Host: BYU – In Person) (10 Schools; 19 Teams) Denver 1 and Denver 2 are going to Texas! Lewis & Clark and Colorado were finalists. Montana, Seattle, Colorado, and Lewis & Clark were semi-finalists.
